Sleep Dear..!

Oh my sleep dear..
Mornin’ is here,

Up as I struggle to wake,
To bid you goodbye, an eternity it does take!

All through morning chores, I incessantly yawn..
Groggy at work ,aaahh u r still not gone!

Will you stay clear…

In the hot noon after I eat,
Trying very hard to stay upbeat

A dash of coffee very quick,
Of keeping u at bay, my only trick!

I can sense you near,

In the long journey back, as I sit to think,
Twilight darkens and I catch a wink,

So want you here..

When nightfall beckons, and I retire..
Midnight to sunrise, thy company I desire..!
